The drive from North Sydney to the WSI terminal at Luddenham covers about 64 km and takes around 1 h when traffic is light. Trips to WSI usually cross to the M4 or M2 and M7, then join the M12 Motorway. Trips to Sydney Airport run through the city or the Eastern Distributor.

Getting there without a car

Public transport to WSI involves a train to St Marys and the WSI Link bus, which is a long trip from the North Shore with luggage. WSI runs without a curfew, so for late-night and early-morning flights, or for anyone travelling with a group and luggage, a pre-booked transfer is the simpler option.

Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport at Mascot is about 18 km from North Sydney, around 25 min off-peak. That makes Sydney Airport the closer of the two by about 46 km. When your flight leaves from WSI, we can take your group straight there.
