Getting to Sydney’s new 24-hour airport

Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport opened to passengers on 25 October 2026 at Luddenham, near Badgerys Creek. It is Sydney’s first curfew-free airport, so flights land and depart at hours when trains and buses are thin on the ground, and the airport metro line is not expected until 2027.

That gap is where a pre-booked transfer makes sense. Rather than juggling a train to St Marys, a shuttle bus and a pile of luggage, your group travels door to door in one vehicle, with the pick-up time set around your flight.

Two airports, one booking

Sydney now has two major airports, and plenty of travellers will use both. We run transfers to and from WSI and Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport (SYD), plus direct airport-to-airport transfers for connecting flights. For much of Western and South Western Sydney, WSI is now the closer airport. Our distance table shows how far each suburb is from both.

Who we move

  • Families and holiday groups with prams, surfboards and suitcases
  • Schools, universities and sporting teams heading off on tour
  • Corporate travellers, conferences and event groups needing reliable timing
  • Tour operators and travel agents meeting inbound international groups
  • Wedding parties and guests flying in for the big day

Our drivers hold Working With Children Checks, and seatbelt-equipped vehicles can be confirmed when you book.

Good to know

Common questions

How far is Western Sydney Airport from the Sydney CBD?
Western Sydney International (WSI) is at Luddenham, near Badgerys Creek, about 60 km by road from the Sydney CBD. Off-peak, the drive takes around 55 minutes via the M4, M7 and the toll-free M12. Allow extra time in weekday peak periods. Our distance table lists every major centre.
Is Western Sydney Airport open 24 hours?
Yes. WSI opened to passengers on 25 October 2026 and operates without a curfew, unlike Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. That means late-night and early-morning flights, at times when public transport is limited, so pre-booked transfers suit these flights well.
Is there a train to Western Sydney Airport?
Not yet. The Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport line between St Marys and Bradfield is still being built and is expected to open in 2027. Until then, the free WSI Link bus runs between St Marys Station and the terminal, and new bus routes connect Penrith, Mount Druitt, Liverpool and Campbelltown.
Do you also do Sydney Airport (Mascot) transfers?
Yes. We run transfers to and from the Sydney Airport domestic and international terminals, as well as transfers between Sydney Airport and WSI for connecting flights.
What size groups do you carry?
We match the vehicle to your group and luggage, from small groups through to full coach loads. Tell us how many passengers and bags you have when you ask for a quote, and we will recommend the right vehicle.
